Biography

Elena Molchanova is the artist's daughter, the artist's wife, the mother of two sons. In 1986 she graduated from the department of monumental painting of the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute and for almost 15 years worked in this direction in the Simferopol Art Fund, the author of mosaics, stained glass, interior design solutions. Now Elena is an easel painter. She teaches, often exhibits and works a lot.

Elena is a master of states, mysterious contemplative dialogues with nature. Her landscapes and still lifes are a silent world, the characters of which are a sunbeam, wind, deepening twilight. The source of her inspiration is always a personal encounter with a motive.
